Funeraldefense Mold Help is a referral service. We connect homeowners with independent local providers, and we are always interested in hearing from businesses that do this work well. If you inspect, test or remove mold and want more homeowner calls, read on.

This is not a job posting. There are no staff positions here. Providers stay independent. You run your own business, set your own prices and keep your own schedule.

Who We Are Looking For

We want providers who treat homeowners like neighbors. That usually means a business that:

• Offers mold remediation, inspection and testing, or black mold removal
• Serves homes in humid, storm-prone areas, including concrete block houses, condos and older subdivisions
• Holds the licenses and insurance that local rules require
• Can explain the work in plain words, not jargon

What We Expect

Homeowners reach us worried and a bit overwhelmed. We expect providers to meet that with patience and honesty. In practice, that means:

• Returning calls and requests promptly
• Giving a written quote before work begins
• Finding and naming the moisture source, not just cleaning the surface
• Containing work areas and protecting the rest of the home
• Helping homeowners document damage with photos and notes
• Never overselling testing or removal

We do not accept providers who pressure homeowners or make promises they cannot keep.
